PinkHouse was founded by Nicole  Meighan inspired by her family's rich culinary heritage from Central America and by her mother's upbringing in Belize, where she lived on a dirt road with her many siblings, aunts and uncles in a house affectionately named Pink House because of its peeling pink paint . She raised her children with lovingly prepared traditional meals and family stories around a dinner table. Always in her mothers stories Pink House took center stage, it’s tables filled with delicious food always over flowing when family and friends gathered to exchange knowledge, stories and lively conversation. Nicole has embarked on a mission to bring that authentic taste of Belize and community to New York City with my own version of PinkHouse.

At the heart of PinkHouse's mission lies a deep desire to introduce the exquisite cuisine of Belize and Central America to the vibrant people of New York,

we aim to serve busy working people, commuters ,and others who need a quick solution for lunch and dinner but it's more than just about the food. We envision our business as a platform for fostering a community where individuals from diverse walks of life can come together, discover new flavors, and engage in meaningful conversations about the world of cuisine.
